You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent to be contacted, ask a person to re-review a decision, or ask us to explain how a decision was made. We answer within 30 days.

About AI-assisted screening

Blue Ring Venture Capital uses AI tools to help volunteer screeners read applications faster. They produce summaries, questions and preliminary scores — they do not decide anything. A named person reviews every application and records the decision and the reasons. You may ask at any time whether these tools were used on your application, for a plain-language explanation of the principal factors, and for a human re-review.

How we verify it’s you

We email a confirmation link to the address you give us. That proves you control the mailbox and stops someone else requesting your information. If you have an application in progress, you can also make requests from your status page without the extra step.
