Sixteen-plus years at a global automaker across electrical engineering, vehicle systems, program management, manufacturing, supplier quality and warranty. Deepest in electrical and electronic architecture — low- and high-voltage harnesses, connectors, safety-critical connections, DFMEA and DVP&R, validation and launch — on every North American vehicle program. Has managed more than 100 people directly and indirectly, and now leads North American EE design work across plants and suppliers. Pairs that engineering with data analytics, AI agents and automation to find failure patterns and speed up corrective action.

Twenty-plus years building homes and developing land in Windsor-Essex, carrying projects from raw land through permits, trades, financing and sale. Alongside that, has run precision tooling for automotive customers, and opened, staffed and standardized multi-unit fitness locations. Knows bonding, construction draws and working-capital cycles from the owner's chair — and exactly what a second site really costs once the build-out, the hiring and the slow first months are counted.

Runs manufacturing operations, and founded and scaled a group of laser-therapy clinics across several sites. The two sides of that career meet in the same disciplines: regulated service delivery, standard work that holds up without the founder in the room, multi-site staffing and scheduling, and the economics of winning a customer and keeping one. Brings a founder's view of what breaks when a business goes from one location to several, and a plant operator's habit of measuring it.

Has spent a career in hydroelectric generation and utility operations in Ontario — regulated assets that have to run safely every hour of the year. Brings working knowledge of safety systems, maintenance planning, capital projects from scoping to commissioning, unionized workforces and the relationship with regulators. For an energy, electrical or industrial-services company, that means a member who understands long-lived assets, compliance that cannot slip, and how a large, regulated customer actually buys.

Twenty years leading regulated manufacturing in Eastern Ontario, from equipment technologist to senior manager of a 240-person operations group — and acting director of a 400-person medical-device plant — before heading manufacturing at a cell-therapy production site. Has commissioned automated assembly lines and vision-inspection systems, built maintenance and reliability programs, lifted equipment effectiveness by 14% in eighteen months, and led Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt. Holds an executive MBA. Knows FDA, ISO 13485 and cGMP quality systems, CAPA, and what it costs to add capacity without breaking quality.
