The short version
We use essential cookies to run this site. With your permission we also use analytics and advertising measurement to understand how people find us. We do not sell personal information. Every optional category is off until you choose otherwise, for every visitor, wherever you are. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of any page.

Essential (always on)
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off:

Analytics (off until you accept)
Product analytics (PostHog) and Google Analytics 4, used to understand which pages help owners and which do not. Until you accept, PostHog runs in a cookieless mode that does not set persistent identifiers, and Google Analytics runs under Consent Mode v2 with storage denied.
Advertising measurement (off until you accept)
If we run advertising, these measure whether it reached people who later applied. This includes Google, LinkedIn and Meta measurement tags, and — only where you have separately consented on a form — sharing a hashed (one-way) version of your email address with an advertising platform for measurement.
First-party measurement
Independently of cookies, our own servers record page views and form events so we can see which pages lead to applications. That record is first-party, stays in our own database in Canada, and is kept for 14 months. It does not identify you unless you give us your details on a form.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Your choice is stored for about 13 months, after which we will ask again. You can also clear cookies in your browser, or use its "do not track" and tracking-prevention features — we honour Global Privacy Control signals where the browser sends them.
Quebec, and jurisdictions with stricter rules
Our default is the strictest one: nothing optional runs until you opt in, everywhere. That satisfies Quebec's requirements and exceeds what the federal PIPEDA framework requires.
