What Blue Ring Venture Capital is
Blue Ring Venture Capital (operating as Blue Ring Venture Capital) is a not-for-profit angel investor group operating in Ontario in reliance on Ontario Securities Commission Instrument 32-508 (Not-For-Profit Angel Investor Group Registration Exemption). The order the group relies on is scheduled to lapse on April 25, 2027 unless extended or replaced.

No member, volunteer, director or staff person of Blue Ring Venture Capital receives any commission, finder's fee, success fee or other compensation that is tied to an investment in any company. The group is funded by member dues. Companies pay nothing to apply or to present.
Membership
Membership is limited to people who qualify as accredited investors or self-certified investors under Ontario securities law. Every member attests to their category on joining and re-attests annually. Membership is capped.
